Request review and approval
Refund requests are reviewed against the applicable booking terms, payment status, and any third-party travel or supplier conditions linked to the booking. Approval is not automatic and depends on the facts of the specific transaction.
Refund method and timing
If a refund is approved, it is typically processed back to the original payment method or another method communicated during support resolution. Final settlement timing depends on payment partners, banking rails, and any supplier-side clearance steps.
